Various varnish options
Each type of varnish gives the packaging its own effect:

UV gloss varnish makes colors more vibrant.

UV matt varnish tones colors down.

Barrier varnish protects the packaging (good for greasy contents).

Soft touch varnish gives the packaging a soft-to-the-touch feel.
1 Laminating machine

Lamination is a technique of applying printed cardboard to corrugated cardboard. This gives the packaging strength and greater load-bearing capacity.

We can laminate in different thicknesses and qualities (F, E, or B flute).

Lamination is mainly used for packaging of small household appliances, gifts, mail shipments, etc.
3 die-cutting machines

Die-cutting process takes more time than printing. But with these 3 machines, we make sure that there are no delays.

Our quality tools allow us to cut all types of cardboard.

These machines also enable embossing, which creates a relief on the surface.
A tip: Embossing looks best when highlighting larger areas on the packaging and in combination with other effects, such as partial UV varnish.
3 gluing production lines

We do up to 6-point gluing and tackle even the most demanding projects.
A tip: When considering new packaging, don't forget about gluing, as it can make the packaging look extraordinary.
We also perform the following 2 processes on the gluing machines:
Applying self adhesive tape and tear strip
